“ If you want something with jerk seasoning, then you should come here! The service is fantastic inside or on their patio, and they are super fast if you want the food to go. If you want to drink, know that their cocktails are usually sweet but tasty. We have Dunn Street, so this is now one of our usual places to get food. There are parking spaces, so you have a spot if you need it. We usually have a plate and jerk wings, but this last time, we got the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, which was terrific. It will be hard not to get it next time we order. I will always get your wings because they're just that good. I never used the jam that goes with the wings, but it is tasty. I prefer the jerk seasoning; I don't need anything else. ”
“ Now listen, I am back home in Los Angeles, CA. I unfortunately had a flash back of eating here a couple days ago and it makes my heart hurt! And if you are wondering why ... it's because this place is not around the corner from me!! The big back within and on me is dying to eat this place again right now . And honestly I'd fly to ATLANTA just to come back here !!! Of course other places as well but this meal was NEXT LEVEL! We had gotten the Guava BBQ ribs ... FALL OF THE BONE AND THE FLAVOR not to mention everyone at this restaurant had awesome vibes and smiles on their faces ! You can tell they love working there and know they got that smmmacccck in the back!! Our server that was there on this past sunday night was super cool and made sure we had all we needed ! If you are thinking of trying this place . WAKE UP AND TRY IT !!! I need them to freeze dry and send me some food RIGHT NOW! Drinks was fire and THE RICE was the best rice I've had in my life , we took one bite and ordered another side I WILL BE BACK, MARK MY WORDS lol ”
“ Excellent customer service. Laid back atmosphere. Huge portions and the flavors and spices were impeccable. ”
“ We went here for our anniversary dinner because we wanted something lowkey but still fun. Our server, September, was phenomenal and had such a vibrant personality! Our food was incredible as well. I ordered the Tiki Salmon and he had the Jerk Chicken plate. The shrimp fritter appetizer came with this amazing sauce (can't remember what was in it) but I put a lid on it to take home because it was so good. We were too full for dessert but we left satisfied. The parking was a little confusing to figure out at night (mostly one-ways) so we parked in the back. We had a late reservation (9pm) during winter so it was pretty quiet but still flowing with good energy. I would absolutely love to come back for the brunch menu! ”
“ We came on a Saturday morning for brunch, it wasn't crowded and there was ample parking. This establishment does share a space with a few other businesses, but it was early so parking was not an issue. Service was excellent, and the rum punch was very refreshing and had a very nice presentation. The waiter/bartender was very attentive and accommodating. Loved the vibe, including the music. We ordered off the brunch menu ... jerk chicken and waffle and the jerk chicken plate. The chicken was very flavorful and wasn't full of heat. Both dishes were amazing! I hope this business continues to thrive. I can't wait to come back to try other dishes and drinks! ”
“ This place is so close to my home. I finally went for lunch and was not disappointed. The mojo chicken plate is very well balanced in flavors and good serving size. It's served with rice beans and plantains. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfect consistency. I will definitely come by to check out their drinks and happy hours. They are on a busy intersection but have some spot available to park. Else you would need street parking ”
“ We came in on a Friday night around 830 or so. Seated quickly at a booth near the front door. Service was super friendly but kinda slow with bringing out the appetizer with their not being many people in there eating. We ordered an appetizer immediately hoping it'd come out before our main course but it didn't. We ordered the Famous Guava BBQ Ribs half rack. The ribs were tender and the sauce was sweet and tangy. The appetizer was a beef empanada that has a buttery crust with seasoned beef. Really good. We received a free drink somehow and was really appreciative for that. Good prices. Good Food. Friendly staff. ”
“ Actually, sitting in the restaurant right now eating my meal. I couldn't wait to leave a review. Atmosphere is great, they have drink specials every day, food is delicious. I was in the mood for some Jamaican jerk chicken so I thought I'd give it a shot. The chicken entrée is fantastic. Rice, black beans, street corn, plantains, and amazing tasting jerk chicken. I may have to come back tomorrow and get it again!! The staff was great and the food was hot! Love this place! ”
“ I loved the pasta (Rasta I think) and parking is in a lot (and it's plentiful). We came on Monday and there was a special for $7 mojitos. It was delicious and they were pretty strong. Our server was so attentive and came by often. The pasta was plentiful and sooo good. I love the atmosphere and it feels casual. I have now been here twice and love it! ”
